Zen Cultivation
Meditation becomes cultivation when awareness shapes how we live.
Course Overview
Zen cultivation extends beyond seated meditation. This course explores how attention, ethical reflection, disciplined habits and compassionate action can inform daily choices. Students practise sitting and walking meditation, mindful work, careful speech, listening, inquiry and service.
